Shelly Farm Fryer is very much a family business.
It was almost 30 years ago, in 1991 that Stavros and Liz Kiriakou (pictured left) moved the Fish & Chip shop business they'd run for over 25 years, from Lakey Lane in Hall Green to Shelly Farm, Monkspath.
